Wish I were there today! We have fences similar to that on Lake Ontario to keep trespassers out, but I suspect this is to keep people from climbing on the rocks. Hmmm.

I'm guessing here, but doesn't this fence serve as a barrier between private ownership and public beach? It's a very nice shot.
