The last days of autumn are here. Next week winter will settle in, though not as cold as in some parts of the world, but still cold.
And, I found this fellow out on my walk down at the lake the other day.
I think it's a White Faced Heron

That's a really well maintained old style fence! I always love seeing autumn colours, we don't see much of it around here. Drove out of my way today to where I thought I might see some.
